How do I setup Email Forwarding at my domain name? Print

If you don't have an active email hosting plan, web hosting plan or managed WordPress hosting plan that includes an email service, you can simply add email forwarding to your doman name to easily get a professional looking email address.

First login to your Client Area.

Click on Domains, and then My Domains.

All your domain names are listed.

Next, select the domain name.

The selected domain's Overview page will be displayed.

Now, click on Addons.

This page will display the addons available for your domain. 

To enable Email Forwarding for the selected domain, click the Buy Now button for Email Forwarding.

Now click on Buy Now and order the addon.

Once payment is received, Email Forwarding will be enabled on your domain.

After enabling the addon, a new Email Forwarding item is added to the domain's management menu.

If you had already enabled the addon for the selected domain, the menu item will already be visible.

Now, click Email Forwarding.

Under the Email Forwards section, click the green plus icon to add your first email forwarding option set on the domain name.

If you don't see this option please Open a Support Ticket.

When adding each Email forwarding option, you should complete the Prefix field without the domain name. 

Then enter the full email address where email should forward to.

Click the green tick box to add each email forwarding record.
